Cynthia: On the list is a Jno Holman as 3rd Sgt. The name may have been misspelled by whomever transcribed the list. I found this EXACT list on file in the Gage's Battery file at the Alabama Archives about ten years ago. As you can see, it was furnished by a gentleman from Mobile who had knowledge of the unit. I don't know what his sources were. (I revisited the Archives last summer, and there was no file with this information in it. I had the clerk add some things to the empty file. I don't know what happened to the originals I had seen earlier.) Do you have any additional information about the unit? Kathryn
