Hi, I had just sent a reply to Bronya about Mark Dodds Therrel. The Mark Dodds Therrel I knew was the son of Mr. Mark and Mrs. Barbara Dodds Therrel. "Bobby" was one of my mother's two best friends in Whistler. The other was Mrs. Linda Baumhauer. I was not "into" genealogy when I lived in Whistler but I wonder now if Mrs. Linda and Bobby could have been Dodds sisters. Probably not. I don't remember the Mark Dodds family you referred to in Whistler. Not that that means much. There's a lot I don't remember! -The Jacques Baumhauer may have been Mrs. Linda's "Mr. Jake" or perhaps his father? When I was a little girl [1928-1940] and living two houses down Culvert Street from Mrs. Linda and Mr. Jake, they ran a general store in a red brick building catty-cornered from their house. Mr. Jake had diabetes and had to have a leg amputated, I think it was. Mrs. Linda closed the store when I was a child of about twelve. -I didn't know about the infant in the George H. Therrell plot in the Whistler Cemetery. In fact, I can't think who that Therrel can be. I'm going to Mobile next month and I'll try to check some of this out. Are you in Mobile? Are you connected with the Lyle's (Mary Lyle Davidson, Mrs. Annie Lyle(s), Frank Lyle(s?), etc. ) -The Therrel's I knew were Mark Therrel (railroad), father; Barbara Dodds Therrel , mother; Mark Dodds Therrel, son; Hilda Therrel, daughter, m.Joe Maund (sp?); Dorothy Therrel, daughter, m.Jack Parker. -Would like to continue this discussion, -Margaret McPherson Ezell in SC
