Does anyone know where I might locate a street map for Mobile from 1908? My grandfather's birth certificate says he was born at N/E Claiborne/Monroe. I'm wondering if this was a hospital or a private home. When looking at a map of today, Monroe/Claiborne do not intersect. It looks at though a freeway now runs approximately where the two streets would have intersected, providing, of course, that the streets are in the same location as they were in 1908.
