    1. Address for marriage license
    2. Where do I send off for marriage licenses issued befor 1936. Both sets of my grandparents were married in Mobile County in 1916. I have found both of them listed in the probate records for mobile county. I have the book number and the page number that their marriages were recorded. My question. Do I send my request to Mobile County Clerks Office, or to the Probate Court records office? Thanks, Mary Ann

    3. Hi Mary Ann, Send the request to the Mobile Co. Probate Court. They are very helpful there. You should get your "reply" from them with just a short while (in my case, usually within a week or two).
