Nancy, I agree also. The same thing happened to me. I trustingly gave information it has taken me years to accumulate. And, as you said, some of the info is not proven as it is a work in progress. I am happy to share with people who share some of my lines. But I was very upset when someone told me they had seen the info on Family Tree Maker. I wasn't asked for permission and info was given on a lot of living relatives. Mary
