Don't know if they have your Creel's but worth a try. http://www.mobile-county.net/probate/ Also search the Bureau of Land Management - Tried this, saw 2 Elijah Creel listed for Alabama don't know whether they are yours or not..... http://www.glorecords.blm.gov/search/search.asp If someone out there has Ancestry.com - They might be able to look up your Creel's in the Alabama Death Index....
