I hate to write this to a genealogy list, but I live out of state now. And I have been trying to find anyone who went to Satsuma High School and graduated in 1972. I would love to know if there is a Class Reunion planned? Did anyone on our list here, go to Satsuma? I was Susie GERHARDT. Also, I was wondering about this school in its early days. I remember reading something, years ago... on history of Satsuma. It seems like it said that an ORIGINAL SATSUMA school was located in the area of the Wright Park. Close to the old Cemetery. And they used logs around the turn of century to "roll" the old school to the area it is located now. Is this correct? Or did I read this about somewhere else? Would anyone know if there is a book on the HISTORY of Satsuma? EARLY history? I would love to find one. I will be coming there around the 1st of July for visit. Thanks, Susie
