    1. State Genealogy Search Guide
    2. Ambiance Studio
    3. I just got finished uploading a little project I've been working on. It a genealogy link guide for all 50 U.S. states, that includes links to vital records, State Archives, State Libraries, census, online archives, etc. The url is: http://www.ambiancestudio.com/genealogystatesearch.html It probably won't be indexed in search engines for a couple of months so you can just "pass it on" to anyone who may be interested. (I've checked over 600 links on it and hopefully they are all ok...) Hope this helps with any U.S searching you may do. Cat

    1. Rafield/Rayfield, Allen, Ganoway and Hoffmeyer Families
    2. The Rayfields
    3. Hello, I am trying to find information regarding the William W. Rafield and his children. William supposedly died in Mobile in 1857. He had at least 2 children, Lewis Edward and Mary B. (both born in Mobile) Lewis Edward Rafield married Mary Ann Ganoway in Mobile in 1869. They had 5 children, James Webb, Louise Webb, Francis Webb, Edward Webb and Charles Webb. Charles Webb Rayfield married Grace May Allen in 1907 in Mobile. Grace was the daughter of Frank L. Allen and Anna Katrina Hoffmeyer. (Grace had at least one brother, Frederick George). Frank and Anna both died in Mobile in 1930 and 1946 respectfully. I am interested in any information regarding these families. I look forward to hearing from someone. Thank you. Robin.

    2. REPLY TO: froggie@lcc.net (froggie) I am researching: John Dearman and Lethia Dearman John Dearman was married to Letha Dearman; I have Leatha Dearman death certificate. It names George Straughter as her father and her mother as Julia McMillan, but on another death certificate is list her father as Sam Straughter. I have not been able to find her husband - listed as Jonathan (John) Dearman, I just now found that on the 1910 Lauderdale Co., Miss Census that her father's birthplace was Washington, ?, and that she was a widow. Can anyone tell me which John Dearman was her husband, and if Sam or George was her husbands name? Leatha Dearman was born May 1,1861 and died Oct 1,1922. It shows her as having 5 children, one of which was Florence, Oscar, Walter, and John as her children. Can anyone help me. thanks! Kay REPLY TO: froggie@lcc.net (froggie)
