W., Hiram and John. This Barbour County company was called the "Pea River Rifles". A man named J. W. Joiner enlisted in the "Barbour Greys", new Co. "A", 5th Alabama Regiment. Absolem and Andrew P. Joiner served in the 1st Alabama Regiment, but appear to have been from Pike County. There's also a Moses Q. Joiner who served in the 57th Alabama Regiment, but no company was stated.
