I had a list of Benjamin Perrys and they did not have a middle initial. He had a nephew in Colquetts unit in 1st Ark. Inf. Do you think he could have joined the same unit, although they were in different Companies?? His date of death looks related to the War. June 17, 1863. I know the Ark. and Alabama boards are different so I understand if you can not help with the 1st Ark. records.
