    3. In answer to "Hi, You will need to contact Alan Pitts about the letter. I have seen it before but I think it was on the Civil War Site. Let me know if you find out the which Bennett was his wife. My husband's family was from Perry Co., Al. I will look through my Bennett papers and see if I can make a connection. Thanks, Mary" according to Alabama Notes, Volume 4, by Flora England, Duke Nall's wife, was the daughter of Reubin and Sarah Bennett. She's listed with them in the 1850 Perry Co., AL census record. Volume 4 also shows that she married Duke Nall on January 7, 1858 in Perry Co. She and Duke had children Maggie and Beulah. On Nov 23, 1866, Sarah A. Nall married Robert G. Nall, Duke's brother. Sarah A. Nall is mentioned in Reuben Bennett's will as "daughter of intestate and wife of Robert Nall who resides in Perry Co. Robert G. Nall was the administrator of the estate of Reubin Bennett. There is also information about a Maggie Nall who married A. H. Lockett 8 June 1884. I hope this helps. Louise
