Samuel Darr faught at Chickamauga, waqs wounded and taken to Alabama and stayed. His son James Emitt,born 1873 , died jan 11,1935.His wife was Mary E,born 1876.Died Nov.6, 1912. His son John S. Darr Sr along with a brother Lee,and two sisters Louise and Pansey. His son John S Darr Jr, born March 14,1914,died May 29,1987. then there was me John S. Darr III. Looking for any help tracking Samuel back to Arkansas or James in Alabama.
