Can I get a 1870 census, search for one Sam Rouse of Afr/Am descent, or anything prior to this. He was born Dec 1863, in Alabama. Trying to locate his parents names; I have his death certificate but didn't list his dad or mom's name on them. Maybe this will aide in my search and get me pass this brick wall.
