Thank you for the recent 1850 Talladega Co., AL information which proved most helpful. Now I would like to request an 1840 lookup for Talladega Co., AL if anybody has it. I am seeking the surname ROE or ROWE, with first names Abe or Abram, William, Solomon, and Asa, or any others, as I feel any in that area during that timeframe will be related in some fashion. I would like to ask for help on Talladega county censuses. I believe that it is the only county in the state for which we have no volunteers working on any census. Does anyone have either a completed census that could be used, i.e. not copyright or permission from copyright holder to POst on our sites? Also couls use any Census CD-Roms for willing volunteers to transcribe. Earnie R.
