    2. Doc I don't see him. Do you have any further info like wife and children's names? Perhaps with those he could be found in a later census. I don't think he's using the name Oliver. > > From: "Docjones35" <docjones35@bellsouth.net> > Date: 2005/08/09 Tue AM 07:19:06 CDT > To: AL-CENSUS-LOOKUP-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: [AL-CEN] 1850 Al Census--Oliver F. Any input will be greatly appreciated. 3. Thanks for the quick reply...my problem is I just learned of his existence this morning. I think (big word) that he was born in Wilcox County to William H. Norris and his first wife Malinda between 1822 and 1829, around the time that Malinda died. His name shows up in an "Orphans Court Minutes Book" as a descendant of Malinda Norris and this is the first time I have ever heard of him....And the name Oliver is not common among my Norris bunch, but it may be in the line of Black's that Malinda comes from...I will have to check that out. From the results of the 1830 Wilcox Census it looks like Malinda was alive at that time, but she died prior to 1832, because that is when William H. Norris married her cousin, Mary Black in Wilcox Co.....exact death date of Malinda not known to me.... I hate to muddy up the water but this is the best I can offer at this time...thanks again.. docjones ----- Original Message ----- From: <wmcconne@bellsouth.net> To: <AL-CENSUS-LOOKUP-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, August 09, 2005 9:12 AM Subject: Re: [AL-CEN] 1850 Al Census--Oliver F.
