If your sure he's in AL in 1850, then I don't see him. There's one in Darlington, SC born about 1827. The 1860 census record says he's 31 born abt 1828-1829. There appears to be two Wade H. Adams in Darlington and that's the problem. Anyway, mine is supposed to have been in Pike County by 1850 or before and I was hoping to prove that by an earlier census. There is one possibility in Pike in 1850 but he's not the same one you described as being in Pike in 1860. 1850 Pike Co, AL W. H.
