Thank you for trying to find her - she may be in the household with her husband (I'm thinking it's someone named Bird, and Huggins is her maiden name or 1st mrriage) in 1910 or she may be deceased. She's in the household in 1900, at age 55, with her daughter, Julia Jones, and grandchildren, Geneva, Maud, Cecil, and Leo. I couldn't find her at all in 1880 on the LDS site.
