    3. Tammy, I'm not sure what you need. If you need a census lookup for 1866, you probably are looking for a state census because the federal census comes only every ten years. I don't have any of the AL state enumerations, but if you need 1866, perhaps someone on the list can help, or at least tell you where to look. In case you meant 1860, I checked the index for that year and found eleven John Franklins (no John T. or JT) indexed in the state, but none in Coosa County. Would he have been indexed as head of household in 1860? Do you have any idea where and when he was born? In case he was still in the household of his parents, do you have any idea who they were?
