Marie, I have checked every Pound listed on 1900 AL census and did not find a William Allen Pound in any household. None were in Walker Co. that year. Sorry I could not help, Dorothy
If you can give his approximate birth year - I can check the 1900 census on Ancestry.com. Dorothy
Dorothy She's not sure of the yr of birth(its her grandfather). Her father was born in 1913 so my guess would be in the range of 1883-1893. Thanks for any help Marie B. --- Dorothy Crawford <dorothyhc@home.com> wrote: > If you can give his approximate birth year - I can > check the 1900 census > on Ancestry.com. > Dorothy __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? I've had some very productive help from Marcia finding the MAXWELL family in the 1900 census. This included father James Maxwell, wife Bertha V. Kelly, and son Albert and twin daughters Ola and Ila. Is this family listed in the 1910 census? Many thanks for any help.
Janet: Thank you very much! Leslie Hill
Leslie, This entry is Eph. Poole, 45, farmer, born SC. He is living alone in household #29 in the Pine Flat Beat. The index lists him as 'Ephraim'. Janet
