    3. In a way it is, however, before you can get that "14 day 'free trial' offer" they offer, you must give them a "way to bill ya".. I have also heard it is very hard to contact them in order to "end" the "free offer" so..     2. I have three Dale County, AL marriage license in the late 1800's example 1893 and 1885 and another one. They all have on them the groom is pay the sum of $200.00 to the State of Alabama. A second person signs the agreement with the groom. Can anyone tell me why they had to pay this $200.00? June
