My husband has many items from the Christoffers estate in Seattle. I've tried to find more info tied to these items and this family. History has truly been coming alive! I found your posts while searching for more information on H. J. Christoffers and Gordon Bettles who were good friends and eventually brothers in law. Bettles and his wife, Sopie Kokrine are in a few of the photos we have, along with photos of Christoffers and his wife, Elsie Kokrine. Your posts and the responses to them have been helpful for us to put a history to the photos and other items we have from the estate. Thank you. Harry and Elsie had a son, Harry , Jr. who married Mellie. They had a son, Henry who still lives in Seattle. John believes Henry, now in his fifties, apparently never married.
