Hi folks, Just got some reels in on Charlotte Co. Wills, and Mecklenburg Deed and Order books. Only had time for a cursory view today. I will lay bet that Lewis and Thomas Akin's were brothers. They also had another possible brother..... Daniel !!!!! They appear on the same entries. The dates were in the 1770's and early 1780's for these records. Alas. The entry for the final estate settlement record of Francis Mann contained absolutly nothing. Just a dollar amount. Page Mann died in 1803. I have his will and inventory. It will take all of the two weeks I have the reels to go over them. Even longer to let ya'll know what is in them. Godspeed.....Patrick
