Vickie, Cyril Arthur Brown Akers: His birth was registered in Q3 1912 Wandsworth ref 1d 1378. His mother's maiden name was Holland. You mention that his father's name was Keneel Brown Akers. There was a Kenneil Akers [birth registered as Acres but in 1881 and 1901 census he is shown as Akers]. He married as Akers in Q2 1887, in Poplar. I do not have ref number or the name of his bride, so may or may not be "your" Keneel. Am doing research on Akers surname in/around London, so would welcome details of any breakthroughs you get.
