My grandmother, Faye, was married to my grandfather Martin David Akers. I talked to her this morning and asked her if she remembered who all of my grandfather's siblings were married to. She gave me the following information... please remember that my grandmother is 82, and her memory isn't as sharp as it used to be: Millie Zay was married to Thomas O'Brien and they had 2 kids (Thomas & Janet). Marguerite was married to Teddy Kilgore. Ida Katherine was married to Iggy Fisher and they had 3 kids one of which is named Rich who lives in Wisconsin. Oakly (she couldn't remember who he was married to) Benjamin was married to Opal and they had at least 5 kids. Ransom "Doc" was married to Mary and they had about 6 kids. Charles was married to Nina and they had 3 kids. Archie was married to Mary and they had 5 kids. Harry was married twice, 1st wife named Opal and 2nd wife Linda, had a total of 4 kids. Floyd was married to Edna and had at least 2 kids, then divorced her and was living with a woman in CA where he died. James (she couldn't remember who he was married to). Robert was married to Joann and they were separated when Joann died of cancer. They had 7 kids. Martin David (my grandfather) was married once before to a woman named Lavita Keller, they had one child (my aunt) named Donna. Then he divorced her and married my grandmother, Faye and had three more kids. Harry and Robert are the only ones still living.
