Cathy I live in Baltimore and the DAR is just down the road in Washington. They have a library that is open to the public weekdays and Sunday afternoons. It is a very nice library and you can also view but not copy applications of members, you can copy the source material though. Actually what was notarized was a letter stating the contents of a bible this being before copy machines. Craig
