I have an Elisha THOMPSON, son of Elswick THOMPSON and Martha "Patty" AKERS, who married Mary DICKERSON on 12 Dec 1815 in Montgomery Co VA and married second Nancy HELTON on 11 Jul 1820 in Montgomery Co VA. Elswick THOMPSON is the son of Archibald THOMPSON and Mary ELSWICK, Martha "Patty" AKERS is the daughter of Blackburn AKERS, Sr. and "Unknown" Blackburn. Are the two Elisha's the same person?
