HI, Looking for any more information on this family from Holt, Norfolk, England John AKERS born? died 1849, married to Esther ? born ? died 9th July 1839 CHILDREN Mary Maria BORN 22nd March 1812 died at 14 weeks Mary Maria BORN 30th May 1813 died feb 12th 1840 Mary had a child Jonathan Bullen Akers 1828 but unable to establish any marriage Elizabeth BORN June 1815 Elizabeth had a daughter Mary Elizabeth (Norton) Akers born 1837 as a single women although there had been bans for marriage in 1835 to James Norton I have also been lucky to receive information from Canada that an Elizabeth Akers married James Norton My Canadian friend has been able to establish that two of there children went to Canada aged 12 and 10 but no sign of there parents Also at an older age one of the children was living with an Elizabeth May so maybe she remarried William BORN May 1817 died 7th October 1817 Phoebe BORN Nov 1818 no information on her William BORN May 1821 William married Ann? and so far found two children both born in Holt,Norfolk John William born 1845 and Esther Born 1850 Edward 25th Feb 1824 Christened (Edmund) died 1824 Hoping someone out there is related or can help thanking you Susan kuddly@one.net.au
