Dear Esther: Greetings: The name Julia Frances Noell Akers is not familiar. It is not one of the names that has come up in my search so far. I am looking for a Thomas Winton Aker or Akers. Wife's name was Elizabeth. I was told that the wife's name was Elizabeth McMillan Aker(s) In the 1900 census he was addressed as Thomas Winton. On my g. fathers SS application it was listed as Winton Thomas Akers. Which ever way it was he was born October 1852 and lived in Wythe Co., Va.. Is this the family that you are looking for? B.
