There was also another child or Aaron Akers listed in Harold Helm's file but the surname was strange and I did not include it. David G Akers b NY abt 1822 m Nancy Phoebe Hollembeak in 1843 and is found in 1860 census for Adams County, IL. Their children are listed as Hannah (my great-grandmother), George, and Emeline, all born IL. this might be George's son.
