Alphonso Akers (twin) b. 12 Oct 1873 in Culloden, WVa d. Nov 1873 4. Florence A. Akers b. 1 Oct 1875 m. John Williams 5. Effie Akers b. ca. 1876 d. 26 Feb 1926 6. Daisy Akers b. 1 Aug 1879 d. 16 Oct 1957 m. Charles Poole 7. Infant son Akers d. Oct 1884 in Ironton, Lawrence Co., OH 8. William Cleveland Akers b. 15 Mar 1885 in Ironton, Lawrence Co., OH m. 3 July 1908 in Ironton, Lawrence Co., OH to Edna Estelle Turner b.14 Jan 1887 in Lynchburg, VA 8. Alice May Akers b. 5 Jan 1887 In Ironton, Lawrence Co., OH m. Richard R. Owens b. 1863 in VA Alonzo Akers filled out his father's death certificate, and stated the father of Thomas to be William and the mothers name just had D.K.-don't know. Thomas C. Akers might have been born around Bristol,VA and could have been born Claiborne T. Akers. I have other information, but nothing I can prove completely yet.
