Susannah Blackburn was the mother of Blackburn Akers. As far as I know the name of Blackburn, Sr.'s first wife has not been proven. To correct another misconception, Susannah Skaggs was the second wife of Blackburn, Sr. and not the wife of Blackburn, Jr. Blackburn, Sr. gave consent for Jr.'s marriage to Elinor Howard in 1797 so Jr. couldn't have married Susannah in 1786. I have a copy of the consent.
