What were the ages around then ? My gr. grandmother was born out of wedlock to a John Akers in Kansas in 1901. I think his family may have been from Pennsylvania where he moved back to a few yrs. later. He had a sister in Kansas who married a Bennison. John may have become a dentist later in PA.
