Jenell..... Dines, WY is closes to Rock Springs, WY and another little town close by is Reliance. It is on a map from that I have from an encyclopedia. It is Sweetwater Co. Some of the other small towns around it are: Winton, Stansbury and Gunn. I don't have any other info to share, but hope this is some help.
