Hi, everyone. I have been away for a couple of years and just now getting back into genealogy and searching my BUSH & AKERS lines heavily. These have both been previously not well researched, so I am starting with skeletal information. I have just located both of these names (as well as FISHER that marries into this line) in the Germanna settlers list at http://www.germanna.org/settlers.html>. My AKERS line is not that far back - in fact, Thomas & Patsy married in 1801 in Barren Co, KY and that is all I know for sure. I *think* Patsy may be the daughter of Abner Akers, but that is speculation. Does anyone know if the AKERS in Barren Co., were out of VA? It is what I had suspected, as my other Barren Co, contacts (BARBOUR, PARE, and WILLIAMSON)are. Can anyone help? Thank you!
