So far 5 Ainsworth men have volunteered to take part in the Ainsworth Surname DNA Project. Four of these gentlemen are from the U.S. and one is in England. All five test kits have been returned to the Family Tree DNA Company and all are now in the process of being tested. We should begin seeing results in 8 to 10 weeks. As results begin to come in, I will post the findings. I wish to sincerely thank all those who have volunteered so far. This is a great beginning but we will need to find more Ainsworth men to volunteer to be tested if we want to make the results useful to all of us.
