I was hoping you had proof of a marriage without children for George. There are a lot of mistakes in the descendant tree I posted to MyFamily. Once, I have the 'proved up' data, I'll post an amended descendant tree. There's been information posted that does not hold up when census records, marriage records, etc., are dissected and thoroughly examined as we're trying to do, name by name. sandra Sandra, Thank you for answering my questions about Thomas. I have never seen any documentaion that he was ever in AR. I was just trying to make sure I didn't sleep through class. If it wasn't for BLO land records we would have never known that George went to AR. George didn't stay put long enough to appear on a census there. All of the info I have for George I obtained from BLO, the list, info that Marlene obtained in MS and census records. I will find for the postings naming George's wife and household in KY and take a another look at it. The information stated that he married in Ky ca 1850. There's been information posted that does not hold up when census records, marriage records, etc., are dissected and thoroughly examined as we're trying to do, name by name. sandra Does this mean there is someone in Ky helping look for this info?
