    3. I would be more than happy to adopt the list. Some of us feel like if you cannot play nice then you need to take your marbles and go home. You don't like to be described as a bully ....... then stop being one. There have been several occasions that you have just been down right nasty to some of our researchers. Including me..... You wouldn't know diddly-squat if it wasn't for us digging through courthouses, libraries, archives, ordering documents etc. How many times have you gotten off of your hiney and braved rattlesnakes, chiggers, slapping mosquitoes as big as blackhawk helicopters canvassing cemeteries to find any info ??? Most of what you know has been fed to you by people who truly love the smell of decaying paper and the thrill of the hunt. You talk about how hard you work well.... welcome to our world....... Some of us work very hard but we don't whine about it.... We enjoy it...... that is the way it should be. I would never make anyone feel like their work was junk or chastise someone for taking advantage of the right of free speech. Lighten up................ The internet is a wonderful tool. Getting info out there is how we keep learning and gathering information. You take what you can use and leave the rest. This is not rocket science and not all info that we get will be accurate. We all do the best that we can and take pride in our work to share with others. As you so eloquently put it yesterday.... Now, the Aills list is up for adoption. I refuse to see you run off any more reseachers including myself. I am not the only one that feels this way. Good luck to you in your digging and researching. Take care, Liz P.S. I would bet that this is not the first time you have been asked to leave a list............. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, September 13, 2005 2:48 PM Subject: [AILLS] I'll leave > I'll tell you what,,,,,,,, I'll leave.
