    1. William and Thomas
    2. Does anyone have a list of William (son) and George W.'s children? These are the two brothers that went to Johnson County, AR. Am I correct in saying that William died there? I believe his wife remarried there as well. Sandra, I believe I got this information from you in an e-mail when you corresponded with a researcher in Johnson County. I'm not finding the e-mail in my file and my paper file is so out of control that I wouldn't even know where to look for it. Marlene

    3. William died there according to the info that the nice guy from Johnson county sent you. She did remarry, Lewis Allen. George didn't stay very long in Johnson Co. He went back to KY. and married later, no childeren from that marriage. When he died he left everything he had to his nephew. His will is on the list. There are some Ailes girls born 1836 and 1838 in AR. The only two men in Ar during this time period that we are aware of was William and George. Mine and Marlenes Walker didn't arrive on the scene in AR until about 1849. Who did they belong to? Walker's family was on the 1850 AR census for the first time. I have been wondering if George may have had a wife that died while he was in AR. I also wonder if the extra children on the 1840 LA census for Walker and Martha Ailes were these girls born in AR 1836-1838. Maybe George left them with Martha and Walker until other arrangments could be made. ...... That would have been a rough trip for two tiny girls..... I did the math and the ages work..... I also found a connection to the Winn family that moved to Ar. I just found it and I still digging. Sandra, do you have any additional info on George Whitefield ? I know nothing about Thomas, William, George and Walker's brother. Do you have any info on him? Was he in AR as well???? Please check to see if you already have that information in your file. If you don't, it's easy to upload from there. I don't think I've added any names in my personal file other than on living people since I posted that information to MyFamily. I do have some things in my personal file on my computer that includes emails and/or data on living persons that individuals have asked me not to "make public" and I intend to honor those wishes. I've always felt in my gut that James Wesley was somehow connected to Joel and/or the Natchez, Adams Co., MS Aills. I wish I knew for absolute sure. My family history says he left Kentucky before 1820 but the names of his parents were not known, nor was it known where he left from in Kentucky. sandra

    1. Help Me Think About This
    2. Hi Everyone, I have another question. I have the Adams County, MS Records of Interments, Sept. 2, 1819-Jan. 20,1822. I believe Adams County is the Natchez area. I found Mrs. Aylez d. Sept 24, 1819, 38 years old. James Aylez d Oct.10, 1819 Infant Ayles d.Nov.22, 1819, and listed on the line above the others is Nancy Ayler d.Oct.21,1819 at age 4. I really believe all of these people are Aills. The only ages given are for Mrs. Aylez and Nancy Ayler. If she was 38 when she died, I feel certain that she and James had older children. My thought is that perhaps some of the Aills we can't identify belonged to James Aills. Sandra, perhaps your James Wesley was James's son. James Wesley would have been about 11 years old in 1819 if he was born in 1808. Any thoughts on this? Also, I have looked through everything I have and I don't find anything that would lead us to believe that Zaccheus was William and Molly's son. Correct me if I am wrong, but we made the connection between William and his children from the names that were found on the lawsuit, and Zaccheus's name was not on that document. Have I totally slept through something or what? Can someone please shed some light on this. Thanks, Marlene
