I am searching for the burial place of my grandfather/mother John and Elizabeth Massey in Arkansas. The Washington Township, in the county of Ouachita, State of Arkansas 1870 Census shows: Post office: Camden s/ William A. Wright, Ass't Marshall 26 26 Massey, John 75 M W Farmer With these low household numbers of 26 I would think that they probably were living at the time in or near Camden instead of Washington Township. Can anyone help me figure out where it may indicate that he as living? With him are his daughters Martha Hines and Mary Porter who possibly had lost their husbands in the Civil War as they were living with their father, and his son George Massey..
