I have recieved numerous e-mails thanking me for the articles I have posted from the Crawford County Newspapers. I want you all to know I have already, over 38 pages of extractions from the Arkansas Intelligencer from 1843 to 1847 and intend to add them now for sure since you all are showing such excitement! Most of the other extractions include more individual names. I am just so thrilled to be able to read what was news to my ancestors and it brings them to life more to read the news papers. We are able to get a flavor for what life in the great county of Crawford was like! It is my home and my ancestors have been here since 1837 at least and apparently lead a quiet sort of life!
