My Great Grandma's 2nd husband was committed by his son for being senile, they lived in Dardenelle, AR and he was sent to Little Rock Hospital for Nervous Disease 1919. I sent for his papers many years ago and they sent them to me and it showed the interview by the Dr. He died 10 days after commitment. But it told the many battles he had fought in the Civil War and who he fought under. It was very interesting. I don't know if the address is still good or if they will send the papers now.
