JORDAN: I am desparately seeking my great grandfather ............JORDAN who was married to Maggie Belle Lee ca 1888. My grandmother, Annie Belle Jordan, was born Oct 13, 1889. She was always told in North Little Rock, but Maggie's family came from Hinds CO MS to Drew CO MS in 1870. There were many Jordan's around her that she could have married. The problem is that due to family history the story goes that......Possibly, John Jordan, was to have died in a horse back riding accident so someone may just have him as a son, but not with his wife and child. There has to be someone who knows something for the book A History of Drew Co Ar is full of many, many people that are kin down to people that are living now in many parts of AR today. I would appreciate any help that I can get. My grandmother on her mother's side were McManus,Bedwell, Nicholson, Ferguson, Wolfe, etc. Her mother's sister Dora Lee McManus and daughters? came to visit my grandmother in the late 60 early 70's ??? I think they could have lived in El Paso for my grandmother went to visit them after they came.
