Hello, I have just learned today that my grandfather was working in the oil fields around 1902 or so. Was there some sort of boom trend for Arkansas men to go there for work back then? My aunt was unable to tell me where he went or any of the particulars as she was not born untill1929. All she knew that my grandfather was in his 20s then, he was born in 1883. Thank you, Pat
