I have searched the Civil War Soldiers and Sailors system, http://www.itd.nps.gov/cwss/soldiers.htm, and found the name of one of my ancestors. The site stated that records for the Confederate soldiers were held by the State Archives. What is included in the records and how can I get a copy of these records?
