I send this query about once a year, so here goes...I have BLM records of land transfers from Ah-Took-Lee to Allin Tackett....and also to other Tacketts in the same family....Does anyone have any idea who Ah-Took-Lee is??? These land transactions were registered in 1846, after the land office opened in Helena, Phillips county, Arkansas....I know the Tacketts were living on these land parcels as early as 1810, so Ah-Took-Lee was probably long gone before 1846, but at some time, this person had actual title to the land...I appreciate any thoughts on this...
