    1. [AGS] EASTER GREEN of BRADLEY COUNTY, ARKANSAS
    2. Good Morning All, well this is what I have: 1920 Easter Green is not listed on the census but, she is still alive. Death occurred in 1925, cause: Malaria, mother listed as 'Nannie' father listed as 'Friday Wright.' Age 'about 80' born in S. Carolina, informant Mike Green, her brother. 1910 Easter lives with son John and his family. Her age is listed as 60, listed as a 'widow' and is living in Clay Township, Bradley County, AR. 1900 Easter is listed as 'head of house,' age 50, widow, 10 children-6 living. Living with here is her son Ed, Granddaughter Sallie Banders and a niece by the name of Nancy Harmon. 1890 Not available. 1880 Easter is head of house, age 31, keeps house, born in S. Carolina Peter-B-M-age unreadable-Arkansas James-B-M-6-Arkansas Sallie-B-F-5-Arkansas John-B-M-1-Arkansas AULT (?), Evaline-W-age unreadable-Arkansas 1870 GREEN, Michael-18-M-B-S. Carolina , Easter-20-F-B-S. Carolina , James-5-M-B-Arkansas , Puss-17-F-B-S. Carolina , Victoria-8-F-Arkansas (Every census record from 1870-1920 is in Clay Township, Bradley County, AR.) 1866 Freedman's Bureau Labor Contracts, field office Monticello, Drew County., Entry 393-Labor Contracts Employer Contacts Employee's Age Term of contract W.H Green Nannie 63 Rations/Clothing Estes 15 $3.00/Rations/Clothing and infant Mike 10 Rations/Clothing Puss/Victor 8 Rations/Clothing Perry 23 1/10 of all crop raised on farm of employer except potatoes/2 suits of clothes (This information found by Michelle Hood) 1860 Slave census schedule would have looked like this (by my calculations) 1-F-57-B (Nannie, born ca. 1803) 1-M-17-B (Perry, if he lived with them at the time, born ca. 1843) 1-F-9-B (Easter, born ca. 1850) 1-M-8-B (Mike born ca. 1851-2) 1-F-2-B (Puss, born ca. 1858) 1-F-1-B (Victoria, born ca. 1860-61, if born at the time of the census) When I was in Arkansas, one of Easter's grandson's mentioned that Easter had a sister sold away from her while traveling from S. Carolina to Arkansas, this sale took place in Mississippi, which gives me a migration pattern. Also, W.H. Green has purchased land that could have been 'anyplace' close to Bradley County, he lists his residence as Drew County, but he is not on the regular census or the 1860 Slave Census Schedule for Drew or any of the surrounding counties........what next? This is all I have..This is my BRICK WALL. Thanks all for your time, Dena
