I am searching for the family of my g-grandfather, Samuel Woolsey BELL, who was born about 1840 in Arkansas. I am new to Arkansas genealogy and understand much of the vital statistics were lost somehow. Can someone enlighten me as to what is available 1840-1910 (birth,marriage,death, census, etc).
