I'm looking for any info on Joseph Phillips who was in Hempstead Ark. in May of 1888. He would of been abt. 40 years of age (b.1847). He may have remarried and had at least two more sons (old family rumor). It's possible he died before 1903 but not positive. Would like any info--census, death index, etc. He was born in Ky.
