Please has anyone any information on Joseph Ray (name spelled as Reay when he was born in England approx 1887. I have old newspaper cutting he sent back to my father in 1924 it says he was the chairman of the Las Animas County Board of County Commissioners, and was honored by being elected Vice-President of the Arkansas Valley Association of County Commissioners at the session held in Pueblo, the fourth district.
