You may want to look at the rest of the names on that census in case they ring a bell. At that early age, they could be living very near her parents. Since he was born in MS and she in AR - and they are living in Pike Co. I would look there for a marriage record which might name parents. Have you looked for Sylvester in the 1880 census which names the place of birth of the parents?
